1 month old today

I'm 1 month old today!

4th of July 2012

We went to Ft. Belvoir again this year to watch the fireworks.

It was a bit warm, but we bought some sun shades, that worked perfectly.

A fellow Marine (GySgt Scudder, aka Chuck) and his family joined us 

as well.  Lily loved playing with Zoe.

I had a friend find using glow sticks during bath time was a huge hit.

So we HAD to try it...Lily loves bath time, but we had to 

MAKE her get out.  She loved it!

Preston Eugene Skinner

On June 8th 2012 at 0052 in the morning, 

Preston Eugene Skinner came into this world.

He was a day early :o).

Weighing 7lbs. 10oz and was 20.5 inches long.

He is happy, healthy and our lives have forever changed.

Lily was so worried about me. She kept saying she needed to come check on me.

Nursery complete~

The nursery is complete!!!  There is only a few minor things missing, i.e. the changing pad but we'll have it before the baby arrives! 

We are just so excited everything is done!  

The wall space is empty over the crib because that is for the name of the baby!  

We have both sets being made as we speak, 

so it will be fun to see which one gets put up!  

Craig and I are very excited!

37 weeks

I'm 37 weeks (well technically tomorrow 5/19), but close enough ;o).  Time sure has flown by.  Can't wait to meet the little one, but truthfully I am going to miss my baby bump. 

I have enjoyed every day of this pregnancy! 

 It is truly a gift that I will never take for granted!

Crazy how much the belly grew from 32 weeks to now :o).
